Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Product Information
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device or monitor. Minor variations in colour, weave, stitching, texture, or dimensions are natural characteristics of textile manufacturing and do not constitute defects.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Should an obvious pricing error occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment
Payment is accepted using the methods displayed during checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full upon delivery.
