Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Egypt.
How long does delivery take?
Greater Cairo usually takes 1–3 business days, Alexandria and Delta take 2–4 business days, and Upper Egypt or other governorates take 3–6 business days.
How much is shipping?
Orders below 6,000 EGP have a 70 EGP shipping fee. Orders of 6,000 EGP or more receive free shipping unless otherwise stated.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help promptly.
