Delivery Area
We currently deliver throughout Egypt.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Processing times may be longer during public holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping periods.
Estimated Delivery Times
Greater Cairo: 1–3 business days. Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days. Upper Egypt & other governorates: 3–6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping is calculated during checkout. Orders below 6,000 EGP have a 70 EGP shipping fee. Orders of 6,000 EGP or more receive free shipping unless otherwise stated. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp where available.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. Our courier may contact you before delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there are any issues, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve them promptly.
